1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of automated trading bot services (“Service”) provided by GoldAutoBot (“Company”, “we”, “us”) to clients (“Client”, “you”). By using our services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

2. Nature of Service

• The Company provides an automated trading bot that connects to the Client’s MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account.
• The bot automatically executes buy and sell trades.
• The Company does not hold or control client funds at any time.

Profit Sharing Model

• Profit generated through the bot will be shared as follows:
  • 50% client
  • 50% company
• Profit Calculation:
  • Based only on net profit (after losses, spreads, commissions, swaps).
• Daily Profit Settlement:
  • Profit sharing is calculated every 24 hours.
  • After each 24-hour cycle, the Client is fully responsible for sending the Company’s 50% share.
  • Payment must be made immediately after completion of 24 hours.

4. Client Payment Responsibility (Important)

• The Client agrees that:
  • They will honestly calculate and send the Company’s share daily.
  • No delay, excuse, or manipulation is acceptable.
• If the Client fails to send payment:
  • The Company has the right to:
    • Immediately stop the bot
    • Terminate the service without notice
    • Block further services
    • Take further action if necessary

5. No Profit Guarantee

• The Company does not guarantee any profit.
• Trading involves risk, and losses may occur.

6. Risk Disclosure

• Forex and automated trading carry high financial risk.
• The Client understands and accepts that:
  • Losses, drawdowns, or account fluctuations can occur at any time.

7. Liability Limitation

The Company is not responsible for:

• Any financial loss
• Market volatility
• Broker issues (slippage, spread, manipulation)
• Technical issues (internet, VPS, MT5 errors)

8. Account Access & Control

• The Client keeps full control of their account.
• The Company may require limited access only to operate the bot.
• The Client must not interfere with the bot without permission.

9. Withdrawal Policy

• The Client can withdraw funds anytime.
• However:
  • Daily profit share must be paid before or alongside withdrawals.

10. Termination

• Either party can stop the service at any time.
• The Company can immediately terminate if:
  • Client fails to pay daily profit share
  • Client violates any terms

11. Intellectual Property

• The trading bot and strategy remain the property of the Company.
• The Client cannot copy, share, or reverse engineer the system.

12. Confidentiality

• All trading strategies and business details must remain confidential.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for events beyond control such as:

• Market crashes
• System failures
• Government restrictions

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable local laws.

15. Acceptance

By using goldautobot.com services, the Client confirms that:

• They fully understand the risks
• They agree to daily profit sharing responsibility
• They accept all terms without objection
